I know I'm bad with animals, but I decided to buy myself a Betta fish when my brother took his girlfriend to get some goldfish for when she goes to college in the fall. They were interesting to look at, all their pretty tail colors and whatnot, and I had recently received another check, so I couldn't resist.

He's red with a hint of purple and his tail fins have two holes in them (which I wasn't aware of when I bought him). I've yet to name him, but I doubt I will since he might not live for long.
